Key responsibilities are:
Produce and maintain exceptional quality food across different food outlets
Adhere to dietary requirements
Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment & utensils
Support head chef in kitchen daily operations
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in high volume establishment with diverse styles
- Hard working hands on approach
- Trade qualification is essential
- Flexible working hours including days, nights, weekends & public holidays
