AddressThe Wandi Pub is an iconic pub in the Bright community and surrounding regions, having been in operation since 1864. The Wandi has been completely refurbished and re-opened in late 2023. The pub is in an amazing location if you love a sense of adventure, being within driving distance of Mt Hotham. It is also close to neighbouring town Bright, a bustling tourist location with plenty of charm. We are seeking two enthusiastic Apprentice Chefs to join us and become a part of The Wandi Pub family.
We are looking for individuals who are prepared to make a long-term commitment with us. If you have already started your apprenticeship somewhere else and looking for a change, we would love to have a chat with you.
What you can expect being an Apprentice Chef:
· Become part of a supportive team at a progressive company
· Full-time position, working on a range of weekdays, weekends, nights and public holidays
· Hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced chefs
· Support to complete your apprenticeship with us
· Gain experience at an iconic establishment in the region
What you bring to the role
· Passion for the hospitality industry
· Motivation and enthusiasm, being eager to learn new skills
· Hands on approach, with the ability to work well under pressure
· A mature attitude that leads by example
· Own transportation
