About the Role
- Preparing food according to OHS and food safety standards
- Managing and organising the operation of the kitchen
- Ordering and maintaining required stock levels
- Preparing menu items
- Planning and preparing for events and functions
- Supervising kitchen staff and planning rosters and coverage
About You
- Living locally or having access to very reliable transportation is absolutely essential
- Enjoy working with food and guests to exceed expectations
- Flexible working hours with weekend and public holiday availability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent work ethic and appropriate experience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
