Qualifications & experience
- Must have experience in a bistro service environment
- Pub like food with an added, higher standard, difference expected
- Pan & grill a must
- Baking an advantage
- Have a passion, for all things food
Tasks & responsibilities
- Preparation of Food
- Cooking for Service
- Cooking for Functions and events
- Be flexible to work as required; including nights, with a minimum availability of a Friday or Saturday each week & Sundays as required.
- Understand current trends and help create new dishes
