Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters children’s learning and development.
- Support the provision of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver engaging and enriching learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care / working towards a Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
