Our ideal candidate will have:
- Cert 3 or 4 in Disability Services, Individual Support, Home, and Community Care
- Previous employment experience in the health/disability, and community services sector.
- Excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach
- Flexible availability & a long-term commitment to InCare Health Services
- Experience working with adults with Intellectual Disabilities

- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required for this position
The role may involve:
- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
- Transportation and social engagement
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Experience with non-verbal clients
- 4 hour minimum shift
- Monday - Wednesday - Thursday
Essential criteria:
- The legal right to work in Australia.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- National Police Check
- Working with children check
- Certificate in First aid & CPR (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Two professional references
- ABN Holders Preferred but not Essential
