G Brothers Autobody is a brand-new purpose-built automotive repair and paint collision specialist centre in Mona Vale, and we are looking for experienced team members to join us due to the high volume of work. This role will see you working predominantly with the premium Mercedes-Benz product, so if you are a team player, motivated, have pride in your work, and want to be part of a growing business in a supportive workplace, then we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore damaged vehicle body panels, ensuring precision and quality.
• Perform welding and metalwork to repair or replace damaged metal parts, as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the handling of hazardous materials.
• Complete repairs efficiently, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
• Utilise tools, equipment, and auto body repair software effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in prestige cars, and qualified Panel Beater in an auto body repair shop (essential).
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality workmanship.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and individually, good attitude.
• Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety practices.
• Eagerness to grow within the company and their career.
