Lawyer/Associate - Property

We are currently looking for an Associate or Lawyer with 1 - 5 years PAE to join our Sydney Property and Development team. The teamu0027s focus lies with transactions in significant property assets, including due diligence, commercial leasing and various land use agreements, acquisition, structuring, planning, construction and sale of u0027off the planu0027 developments for commercial and residential developments.The successful candidate will have:

• 1-5 years PAE
• Strong property experience including commercial conveyancing and leasing
• Strong PEXA experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Committed and intelligent approach to work
• A high level of attention to detail
