About us

Village Property Service (Vic) Pty Ltd is an expanding plumbing business with offices located in Ballarat, Carrum Downs & Geelong. We specialise in providing responsive plumbing maintenance services to Government owned properties and local water authorities. 

Our current contracts include

• Homes Victoria Responsive Maintenance 
• Homes Victoria Energy Upgrades (VEU) program (Split System Installations)

We are currently looking for a plumber to join our team working out of our Geelong office.

Qualifications & experience

• Qualified plumbers
• Previous experience in maintenance plumbing would be ideal but we can teach you the ropes if you need some help
• Previous experience with the installation of gas appliances
• Manual drivers license
• Provide own hand tools
• Excellent time management, problem solving, organisation skills and ability to work unsupervised.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Installation of gas appliances
• Installation of heat pumps
• Maintenance and repairs on taps & toilets
• Blockages
• Roof and guttering
