The Opportunity:
Are you an industry experienced and qualified Security Operations, Trainer and Assessor seeking new opportunities? Due to business expansion and growth, Baseline Training have upcoming Brisbane based contract training opportunities available.
As a qualified trainer, you must have sound Security Operations industry knowledge and experience, and current qualifications including/but not limited to the following key areas:
- CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations
- CPP31318 Certificate III in Security Operations or higher
- Diploma of Security Risk Management (desirable)
Key requirements of this role include:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant Public Safety, Property Services, and/or Security Operations frontline industry experience, including relevant qualifications.
- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Sound understanding and experience of Workplace Health & Safety education and training.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting, training, and facilitating to groups of participants.
- Hold outstanding communications skills.
- Hold a current driver licence.
- Proof of working rights in Australia
Highly Regarded:
- Senior positions held as Security Officer, Unarmed guard/Crowd controller, Security Risk Specialist industry experience.
