Qualified/Apprentice Baker

At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:

• Confident in all areas of production
• Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
• Coaching and supporting the development of junior staff such as Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
• Assist Production Manager with stock control and production schedules
• Providing delightful customer service when required

As an Apprentice Baker at Bakers Delight we will offer you an enjoyable team work environment where you will be trained & supported to a very high standard in all Bakery skills.

In this role your training & responsibilities will include:
- Dough Making
- Shaping/Hand & Machine Moulding
- Processing dough into final products
- Baking Products in the oven
- Training in all areas of OH&S& Food Safety Standards

Applicants do not need previous baking experience just a desire to learn all aspects of the bakery trade.

Applicants can be available for either Part Time or Full Time Hours including weekend work. Excellent time keeping & reliable transport are a must for this position.
