Quality and Accreditation Manager to join our team on a continuing, full-time basis. This role will be a great opportunity to use your exceptional project management, leadership and organisational experience to lead and implement all accreditation, education
Quality and compliance requirements and associated processes for the Faculty of Medicine and Health.This role will have a requirement to work in the office 3-4 days a week and one day wfh with some travel required between different campuses, from time to time.
Your key responsibilities will be to:- Lead and manage Faculty wide accreditation practices and processes to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
- lead the development of procedures, frameworks, and activities across the Faculty in support of accreditation compliance, education Quality and continuous improvement
- build and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders and staff across the University and external organisations
- manage projects to support the delivery accreditation, education Quality and compliance requirements across the Faculty of Medicine and Health
- provide effective leadership, line management and support to staff in the Quality and Accreditation team
- actively contributes to FMH Education team initiatives and engages in the Quality Community of Practice whilst developing the unit through continuous improvement.
About you- Demonstrated skills in project management coordination and administration, gained in a higher education or complex organisational settingsdemonstrated leadership experience, including experience in people management and promoting a positive team culture
- demonstrated experience managing multiple diverse internal and external stakeholders and the ability to building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative, and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that may arise as part of normal daily work in a positive manner
- strong written communication skills, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- excellent analytical & critical thinking skills including an ability to analyse and present data effectively to diverse audiences
- exceptional organisational and time management skills with demonstrated success in managing multiple work streams and competing priorities to deliver outcomes on time, with attention to Quality and accuracy
- a demonstrated understanding of Quality and legislative frameworks in higher education, with experience in the application of quality assurance frameworks and standards in an education management setting
