Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?The Human Resources team at Linfox is seeking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to be based at our Essendon Fields Head Office. The purpose of this role is to ensure our Operational Training complies with regulatory requirements and internal systems through effective monitoring and reviewing strategies. Key areas include:

• Schedule, scope and perform annual and biannual audits and report on findings.
• Monitor operational processes/records for compliance of the Standards for RTO, ISO9001, licensing regulators and operational guidelines.
• Stay up to date with federal/ state and local laws that impact the RTO.
• Ensure the RTO Scope of Registration remains current and maintain the RTO end-to-end.
• Review and maintain the Quality Management System.

Are you the one?The Quality and Compliance Coordinator is a pivotal member of the team, and the incumbent will have working experience in a complex RTO environment and a strong understanding of the standards associated. Coupled with a high level of passion and desire to grow your current skillset you can demonstrate:

• 3-5 years of RTO Compliance experience within a highly regulated industry.
• Experience of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems is highly regarded.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with a variety of key stakeholders.
• Experience leading audits within a multi-layered organisation
• Strong experience in operational training.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Diploma of Quality Auditing or related field.
