The Hospital Research Foundation Group (THRF Group) is seeking an experienced Quality and risk management professional to embed a standardised and coordinated approach to quality across THRF Group’s brands.

The Quality and Compliance Manager will be key to ensuring compliance with THRF Group directions, Australian Service Excellence Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards and National Disability Insurance Scheme Practice Standards in respect to clinical governance, client and patient safety and Quality and clinical risk management.

We're looking for individuals who possess:

  • Applicable tertiary qualification in risk management and/or health related fields or equivalent experience in the area of safety, Quality and risk management within a health and/or community services environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, Quality and risk audits, data analysis and interpretation, and in the development/provision of clinical/nonclinical education
  • Knowledge of related standards (Aged Care, NDIS, ASES), codes, ethics, competency standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholder with exceptional interpersonal skills to meet THRF Group goals and outcomes.
