This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality and Education Coordinator or Senior Registered Nurse with a good understanding of the Aged Care sector to assist in the monitoring and delivery of Quality and Education to the wider team in this large aged care home.
This organisation has a well-developed Quality framework and has invested heavily in preparation for the changed standards, you will be well-supported by an experienced senior Quality and Clinical Management team along with a roving Education Manager.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years working in a senior clinical position within an Aged Care facility.
- Strong written and verbal knowledge of the new Aged Care Standards.
- Proactive approach with an ability to manage and motivate a team driving continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in being a part of a successful accreditation.
- Strong knowledge of WHS, IPC, SIRS Reporting and complaints management.
- Additional qualification in quality or education advantageous but not essential.
