The position of QRM is a key member of the Executive Leadership team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a tier 2 position. This position is a member of Quality and Safety Board sub-committee and Partnering with Community Board Sub-Committee and Audit and Risk Board Sub-committee.
The position of QRM has responsibility and accountability for:
• Upholding the values of CDH at all times: Care Accountability Respect and Equality.
• Innovation and collaboration on all matters relating to patient safety and enterprise risk.
• Leading and managing the Clinical Governance Framework Position Title: Quality & Risk Manager 2 Excellence in Rural Healthcare
• Ensure optimal outcomes in compliance with Australian Commission on Safety & Quality in Health Care’s (ACSQHC) National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards is achieved and accreditation is sustained.
• Leading and managing the Risk Management program consistent with standards.
• Oversight of safety and Risk component of Food Safety Plan.
