We are looking for an entry level Quality Assurance Administrator to provide administration assistance to the Quality Assurance team.
This position is an administration focused role within the QA department, this role acts as a support function to the QA team to ensure the day-to-day quality administrative tasks required are maintained, correctly performed, documented, and recorded to ensure the functioning of the implemented business management systems.
This entry level position is ideal for professional development and advancement within the company in a QA specific role.
Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Department to maintain the company’s quality management system.
- Administrative support of our document management system.
- Manage the accuracy, accessibility, and security of company documents and internal training systems with a systematic approach to organizing and updating records.
- Maintain Internal Databases such as department share points and their contents, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Monitoring and reporting on implemented Management System performance.
- Support the QA team with preparation follow up of audit requirements.
- Conduct basic QA activities including creation and QC of product access keys, site walk rounds and basic quality observations.
- Performing goods QC inspections.
- Administrator will be required to handle the logistics of QA meetings and events, ensuring that everything is organized and scheduled correctly.

Desirable
- Previous experience in a quality role in a manufacturing facility is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role with quality experience are a plus.
