About the role
This is an opportunity to join Rural Bank, the agri specialist arm of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank group as Quality Assurance Analyst in the Quality Assurance Team where your role will be responsible for reviewing, recording and providing feedback to the Sales team and others on the quality of Lending submissions as well as to the Operations team and others on the quality of customer Letters of Offer, Security documents and other customer documents prepared by Agribusiness Support Officers.
You will also assist with identifying training gaps and skill development of Operations and Sales teams where requested, and work with QA staff across operations to ensure consistency of Quality criteria and processes, suggest improvements, and assist other teams where directed to maintain service levels, as well as assisting with administrative tasks and reporting functions
This is a Permanent Full time position where we are open to all locations – Brisbane, Bendigo, Adelaide, or any location - all will be considered!
About you
You will have:
Experience in a financial or banking environment
Experience in coaching and providing constructive feedback
An understanding of the Agribusiness environment is desirable but not essential
Computer skills in applications and business systems
Experience in risk identification, banking compliance and data quality
Maintains highly accurate approach with constant attention to detail essential
Understanding of business and commercial environment
Relationship management and interpersonal skills
Analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to share technical information and subject matter expertise
Communicate effectively both in written form and orally at all levels
Strong administrative skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
