Experience in one or more of the following quality systems is desirable:
- ISO 9001
- HACCP
- FSSC22000 or GFSI equivalent
- WHS / OH&S
Responsibilities and Duties of the team are:
- Ensuring GMP, HACCP, ISO and FSSC standards are maintained, and compliance requirements adhered to within the site
- Conducting internal audits to ensure food and quality safety management systems are effective
- Dealing with internal non-conformances and customer complaints
- Conducting in process inspections at all stages of production to ensure compliance with client requirements
- Ensuring compliance to Food Safety and customer certification requirements
- Providing coaching, training and development to production and supply chain
- Implementing positive change within company culture
Knowledge and Requirements
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
- Hands on experience and good time management for day to day tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn/display initiative
- Able to work within a team environment independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and partners.
