Coordinator: Human Resources and Quality Assurance

The role
As the Coordinator: Human Resources and Quality Assurance you will have solid experience in Human Resources that incorporates Quality standards and includes knowledge of associated compliance and legislative requirements. You will have the ability to integrate and implement strategies to support our Organisations business operations, systems and processes. Your support and mentorship to the Organisations HR team who have the responsibility to provide internal support services to our Organisations business streams will enable quality outcomes in staff retention and the development of our people.
Based in Adelaide at our Kilkenny site, the successful appointee will be a high achiever. This role will enable you to showcase your ability to understand, communicate and implement effective structures that ensure Organisational needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will also have the experience to coordinate and prioritise operations whilst ensuring quality standards and compliance is met. Your expertise and initiative to implement solutions that improve results and outcomes will be valued.
This is a new appointment, and we are keen to hear from you if you have:
- Qualifications in Human Resources (essential)
- Extensive experience in Human Resources, specifically recruitment
- Experience in understanding and analysing Human Resource matters and facilitate positive solutions and outcomes
- An ability to coordinate and support workflow across various business streams and locations
- Leadership capacities that empower people
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
- An eye for detail to ensure quality practice and process is continuous
- An ability to provide mentoring, guidance, advice and support to the HR team
- An understanding and interest in business operations; along with the achievement of successful outcomes
- Experience in managing KPI’s, systems and process to meet Organisational expectations and standards
The person
Reporting directly and remotely to the Executive Manager: Human Resources & Quality Assurance, your ability to work autonomously is essential. This role will suit a person who is busy, enjoys a challenge but loves success! Your communication and interpersonal skills will be impeccable, along with your ability to understand and support structures and process that successfully deliver results. Your ability to pro-actively interact with people at all levels to ensure the focus remains on the business outcomes, will be highly regarded.
