About the Role

  • Daily quality control checks on fabrications, including dimensions, welding detail & paint thickness.
  • Coordination of test certificates, checking them for correctness.
  • Submission of test reports to QA officer for compilation of the data book.
  • Progressive completion & signing off of ITP
  • Administer the QA paperwork of all the jobs and any other relevant procedures to assist the management.
  • Provide any hands-on assistance, experience, and knowledge to the production team to sort out the problems or improve the efficiency.
  • Assist the workshop supervisor or managers to keep aligned with the production schedule and raise any concern which will affect the normal production process.
  • Communicate with CC2 consultant and facilitate the CC2 auditing.
  • Foster and promote a positive Quality Assurance culture.

About You

  • Experience of quality control in a fabrication environment essential.
  • At least 5-year experience in the industry. 
  • Formal qualifications in QA / QC will be advantageous. 
  • Strong implementation capability of corrective actions.
  • Efficient communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance.
  • Proactive team player.
