Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the Role  

Donnybrook Packing Company is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure compliance with the HARPS structure, SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and export. 

The successful candidate must be currently based in the South West region of Western Australia or be willing to relocate for the role.

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure hands-on compliance with the HARPS structure.
• Manage adherence to SQF standards with a practical approach.
• Provide hands-on assistance in workplace health and safety operational compliance.
• Collaborate directly with various departments to enhance quality standards and safety measures.
• Regularly review and update company processes and protocols for alignment with industry standards.
• Conduct practical training sessions for staff on Quality Assurance, SQF, and export guidelines.

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on Quality Assurance role, preferably in the packing industry.
• Familiarity with HARPS and SQF standards.
• Solid knowledge of hands-on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment and lead by example
