Key Accountabilities
- Oversee comprehensive QA programs including pest control, and GMP adherence.
- Manage quality records, calibration, and retention samples.
- Drive consumer complaint management and advanced laboratory analyses.
- Conduct internal audits
- Training of personnel in Food Safety and GMP
- Manage QA and QC systems, ensuring optimal consumable spend.
- Inspire and lead your team, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, implementing change initiatives seamlessly.

Education and background:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Qualifications in Continuous Improvement Systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Background in Quality/Laboratory roles in FMCG Manufacturing, with demonstrated CI achievements.
- Strong relationship management and leadership capability.
- Well-developed project management and change management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid problem-solving ability
- Intimate knowledge of ISO and HACCP principles.
- Understanding of business operations, including GMP and SOPs.
- Familiarity with safety management systems and their application in an FMCG environment.
