The QA Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate organisation of Quality Assurance (QA) control, procedures, run quarterly meetings/audits and provide both guidance and support to the warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and report on site risks and hazards.
- Organise and lead QA meetings to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities for OHS and QA matters.
- Manage general administration duties with precision.
- Train and develop staff to uphold quality standards.
Qualifications and experience:
- HACCP accreditation advantageous
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the food industry
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong planning, coordinating and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Hands-on approach with a high attention to detail
