Reporting to the Quality Manager and working in a dynamic team, this role is primarily responsible for the provision of practical and hands on product and process Quality Assurance, control and improvement activities for the WA Mining Region. This role also supports the Quality Manager to promote a continuous improvement culture.

- Ensuring ISO 9001 conformance
- Develop, implement and coach stakeholders on the Quality Management System & Quality Assurance practices
- Develop and deliver Quality Assurance education programs and inductions
- Conduct and support audits, as well as provide coaching on areas for improvement
- Assist in writing technical documents for various departments that form part of the Quality management system
- Develop and implement effective QA tools and systems
- Undertake and report on root cause analysis
About you
You will be great in this role if you are motivated to provide excellent customer service, are conscientious, competent and detail focussed, with a friendly disposition.
- Quality related discipline and or/Quality background
- ISO 9001 knowledge
- Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated attention to detail with proficient oral and written communication skills.
