Training And Quality Assurance Officer

We're looking for a proactive and qualified Training and Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Jandakot. You'll play a vital role in supporting the Senior Leadership team by ensuring adherence to regulations, conducting audits, developing training programs, and maintaining quality standards.

There is flexibility fro this role to be either Fulltime or Part-time depending on the candidate. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure adherence to Work, Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies. 
•  Maintain accurate records for successful AS/NZS ISO 9001 audits. 
• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement within the organization. 
• Develop and implement clear and effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
• Assess employee competency and identify training needs through skills gap analysis. 
• Conduct safety assessments to mitigate risks and promote a safe work environment. 
•  Design and deliver engaging training programs in Safety, Quality Assurance, and Operations.  
• Manage and update the training matrix to ensure ongoing employee development.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
• Experience in Training and assessment, preferably in a manufacturing facility
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computing skills
• Knowledge of competency-based training systems and ISO requirements 
• Current Valid "C" Class Drivers License
