Quality Assurance Officer

Unique opportunity for a QA professional to join a well-established biotechnology company.

Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is recruiting a Quality Officer to support their quality systems activities and ensure that their manufacturing activities meet GMP standards and TGA requirements.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be part of a close knitted team. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Performing internal audits
• Preforming specimens testing and quality control of incoming tissue
• Documentation control and management
• Maintaining the performance of equipment and management of relevant documentation
• Implementing and following up CAPAs

This is a great opportunity for a junior QA professional who is looking for further development and progression in the career and building on the knowledge in discovering the field of allograft tissue manufacturing.
In order to be considered for this position, you will have the following skills and qualification:

• A Scientific degree
• Minimum 1 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of GMP standards
• Strong time management and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
