The Opportunity
As part of our Legal, Risk, and Compliance team, the Quality Assurance Partner will support the national Operations Team to proactively implement the G8 integrated Quality and Risk Management System to facilitate compliance with the National Quality Framework and Assessment and Rating Process. The role plays a pivotal part in providing a governance function and will monitor and audit Centre compliance to obligations stated continuous improvement activities, and support the development of Quality Improvement Plans that will lead to sustained compliance success, exceptional assessment & rating results to create positive outcomes for G8 Stakeholders.
The role will service the NSW South Coast region and into southern SYD and surrounds. The role will be to work from home in a remote capacity with localized travel to services every week.

Your day-to-day
No two days are the same, as this role will be rewarding, and fulfilling but yet challenging. The success of this role is to ensure and uphold the rights of children and young people as a primary consideration and always act in the best interest of the child. On a day-to-day function, you will be performing the below duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Support the development of Centre Quality Improvement Plans based on internal audit outcomes, organisational policies, procedures and programs, Centre continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure the self-assessment and evidence aspects of Centre Quality Improvement Plans demonstrate compliance and achievable continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor and report on the completion of stated Quality Improvement Plans.
- Support the management of change or initiative implementation to align to Centre Quality Improvement Plans.
- Support management in the promotion and proactive operationalization of the National Quality Framework.
- Participate in the ongoing development of G8 Quality Audit Program, including audit reports and support templates to address all areas of compliance including Child Safety and Wellbeing, Work Health and Safety, Food Safety, Environment Sustainability, Emergency Management and document and data control.
- Conduct and Prepare accurate audit reports that provide objective evidence and recommendations for improvements within achievable timeframe.
About You
You are someone who has significant sector knowledge and demonstrates knowledge of the National Quality Framework & Early Years Learning Framework. You have held Leadership roles in the sector previously with at least 3 years of experience supervising and mentoring a team. You are client-facing and can adapt to internal and external stakeholders’ needs, whilst ensuring timing outcomes are achieved. You promote child safety and ensure compliance is paramount, and overall, you are someone who has a true passion for early years education. Some of the requirements for the role are:
- Diploma of Early Childhood and Education
- Current Australian Drivers License (mandatory).
- Flexibility to undertake frequent local travel to visit services.
- Maintenance of appropriate Working with Children checks relevant to each state of operation.
