Procare’s Factual Investigation Division are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our expanding team on a casual basis! The purpose of the role is to support the division and investigators by proofing factual investigation reports in a timely manner to ensure they are of sound quality prior to submission. This is a perfect role for an insurance professional, who is self-motivated, autonomous and interested in Investigations!
The Role:
- Proof read factual investigation reports submitted by investigators and report writers to ensure they meet the required standard;
- Produce relevant and detailed content for investigation reports;
- Communicate effectively with required stakeholders;
- Maintain the internal database with relevant information following all divisional processes; and
- Provide structured feedback for investigators and report writers.
- Relevant insurance related experience within the Workers Compensation, CTP, and/or General Insurance schemes;
- Excellent communication skills to provide structured feedback to colleagues;
- Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities;
- Proven capability to work to time frames and under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills to provide structured feedback to colleagues; and
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
