To uphold our high standards the position we are wishing to fill will we require a switched-on, organised and highly competent individual who is across all aspects of Quality Assurance. The QA Officer position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Administer the Approved Supplier program
- Participate in Internal and external audits
- Develop, coordinate and control internal controlled documents
- Perform Quality Control inspection as per schedules
- Inspect, test and accept/reject raw materials, in-process materials, dry good materials and finished products against approved specifications
- Ensure products comply with food safety standards through HACCP processes
- Perform root cause analysis
- Investigate and report Non-Conformance’s and customer complaints
- Follow, hold and release processes for finished products
We are looking for a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will ideally possess 2-3 years of relevant QC experience and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
