About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join the Dotti team! Reporting into the QA Manager you will be supporting the QA team to manage fit approvals, product development, fabric testing and ensuring all products meet the Just Group safety standards and quality compliance. This role is a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 Months.
Responsibilities
- Fit samples with buyers and recommend any changes
- Issue clear tech pack which includes essential details for suppliers' for both costing and sampling
- Chair fit sessions ensuring buyers comments and QA comments are collated for the supplier
- Ensure consistent base fit across different product categories
- Ability to provide grading that is suitable for different styling for the Dotti customer
- Ensure all content and care instructions conform with Australian legal standards
- Provide quality advice to buying teams on expected outcome in bulk production and suitability of fabric
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA within the fashion industry is advantageous
- Understanding of garment construction & technology
- Experience working with Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
