Home Caring is a fast growing provider of NDIS and Aged Care services across Australia. We are seeking a Quality Auditor to assist with the growth of our franchise business and ensure quality at all levels.
Our Quality Auditor will work closely with the operations team to always exceed industry standards. They will apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements for franchises across four states. They will also interact with external auditors as required to ensure registration and a best practice approach is applied across the group.
While the role has an office base, it allows for some Working from home and on site nationwide presence (as required).
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous internal audits (new and existing) to ensure that compliance procedures are being followed.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- Conduct internal investigations of any compliance issues.
- Assist and direct external audits and registrations as required.
- Identify and escalate gaps in onboarding, maintenance and exit procedures and documentation.
- Monitoring of professional registrations.
Requirements
- Experience in a compliance and/or auditing role (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS Quality & Safeguards standards and regulations.
- In depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills
