We are looking for a Senior Quality Auditor who will be part of Sunnyfield’s Quality, Risk and Compliance Team supporting our Quality Management System. We are looking for a Registered Nurse or allied health background with disability sector experience, a working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. and experience in a quality audit or assurance role.This role will provide engage with our management team to conduct service delivery, medication and healthcare quality audits to ensure services comply with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Practice Standards and Quality Indicators and other relevant requirements.You will also support the Quality Manager and broader Quality, Risk and Compliance team to:Coordinate and conduct quality audits across all Sunnyfield services, travelling to services across NSW and in the ACT.Analyse audit findings to review and recommend service delivery and quality improvements.Make recommendations to continuously improvement Sunnyfield’s Quality Audit toolsSupport the development and implementation of Quality, Risk and Compliance policies and procedures.Assist with the development and execution of Sunnyfield’s annual audit schedule.Manage the feedback and complaints systems.About You You are passionate about making a difference!
