Quality Business Partner

We are now seeking an experienced Quality Business Partner to join our team where you will be working on a high-profile dynamic project. The ultimate purpose of this role is to bring the benefit of Quality and Assurance activities to the forefront of the operational business across the business unit. As Quality Business Partner you are integral in upskilling the operation teams and quality communities in TDS, driving continuous improvement and supporting the business and projects with effective implementation of quality systems.

About the role Conduct regular audits, reviews, inspections and produce to detailed reports with recommended corrective measures to ensure compliance meets quality standards  Coach, guide and train stakeholders and internal teams in quality assurance practices and procedures Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide solutions to increase Contract / Project teams engagement with TDS and DMM Conduct mentoring sessions and hands on quality implementation training sessions for site personnel as required Support the annual…
