What will you do as WHS Advisor? You name it.
As a WHS Advisor you’ll secure short-term WHS wins and drive long-term transformations. Join us and you’ll enjoy the freedom and support you need to do it all. We currently require FIFO and Perth based WHS Advisors for numerous contracts in WA across the mining, construction and oil and gas industries.
You will:
- provide safety technical advice and support
- coach and offer strategic guidance to site-based teams
- develop and implement safety systems and processes
- develop and monitor safety initiatives, programs and workshops
- assist with incident investigations and recommend improvements and controls and much, much more.
What does it take? A bit more than the average WHS role.

Beyond that, you must be creative yet organised, collaborative yet self-motivated, serious about what you do but fun to work with, just like us. And with that, you’ll need:
- a tertiary qualification in a suitable discipline (Workplace Health and Safety, Health Science, Engineering or similar)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and a pragmatic approach to leadership
- working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- at least three years’ site experience in the WHS industry
- the ability to engage, develop and maintain relationships across all levels of business
- a current Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance and Minimum Cert IV WHS
- a burning desire to learn, broaden your horizons and challenge yourself
- ideally, a construction or mining background/experience.
- Ideally possess either BHP, FMG or Rio Tinto site inductions
