In your new role you will;
Support our students, client companies and trainers by:
• Be the friendly and welcoming first point of contact through phone calls and emails.
• Provide administration support for the training facility and setting up training sessions.
• Enter data into computer systems and keep all records in order.
• Ensure the smooth running of the training facility.
You have;
• Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.
• Competent computer skills for use of educational platforms, MS Office and google drive
• Complete a Certificate III in Business Administration, delivered over a twelve-month term within the workplace. (no cost to you)
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
