Position:Quality Business Partner
Duration: 3 months with a possibility of extending
Shifts: 24 hours a week – very flexible with times and days.

Reporting To: Quality Manager
Casual Pay Rate: $66.41 per hour + super (flat rate)
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for quality assurance? We're looking for someone just like you for our client based in Hallam, Victoria, as a Quality Business Partner.
Our client is looking for a Quality Business Partner to join their growing team. This is a 3 month part time assignment with a view to extend, based on the clients needs. The shifts are very flexible as this position is 24 hours per week - so the client is happy to work with the right candidate on the days and times they can work. The candidate will need to be happy with travelling from Hallam to Campbellfield from time to time and they may be required to work overtime.
Role Overview:
As a Quality Business Partner, you'll work closely with the Quality Manager, site leadership team and front-line operators in driving QA initiatives.The Quality BP will integrate and champion the Quality Management System (QMS) into the Campbellfield site.Travel to and from either site will be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the integration of QMS into our Campbellfield site
- Collaborate with the site team to achieve food safety and quality targets
- Provide training and coaching on QMS standards
- Contribute to consumer complaint investigations and restricted case management
- Ensure alignment of procedures with actual practices, making necessary edits for improvement
- Undertake stakeholder engagement and influence strategies for effective implementation
- Using your experience to set up and build a new QMS
- May need to write new procedures by looking at old and current procedures set by the organsiation.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a background in the food industry preferred
- Tertiary Qualification in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology
- Intermediate experience with QMS systems
- Experience with reviewing and implementing procedures and practices
- Project management experience (advantage)
- Experience using Project management programme using like Smart Sheets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Previous experience in systems/quality coordination is advantageous
- Willingness to undergo a police check prior to starting
