How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?
We are looking for a Business Partner for the Quality and Assurance team to support the business within Victoria and South Australia and be based in Melbourne.
Your role will include:
- Support the business in driving its quality strategy, programmes, processes, and obligations.
- Promote quality performance improvement and achievement of management system objectives and key performance indicators.
- Undertake internal and second-party quality audits as well as attending and supporting third-party audits (e.g., ISO 9001,14001, 27001 and 45001)
- Upskill and train employees in the use of the quality management system through coaching and mentoring.

As well as experience in a similar role. Specifically:
- A background in Quality Management Systems within a professional consultancy environment
- Lead management system auditor qualifications.
- A strong implementation and delivery focus with a strategic outlook
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
