The Quality Coordinator's role is to provide high level administrative support to optimise resident and client engagement including ensuring that satisfaction and complaints processes are coordinated effectively.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Assisting to maintain timely and effective internal and external communications ensuring it is responsive, welcoming and effective
- Drafting and editing correspondence, communication presentations and other documents
- Managing logistics for engagement activities including Consumer Advisory Committees and Quality Care Advisory Committee meetings and events
- Assisting with preparation, formatting, distribution and recording of agendas, meeting minutes and other associated papers for meetings
- Supporting the development of timely and accurate reporting including drafting of papers, reports and project proposals
- Assisting the Quality Administration Officer and Executive Assistant of Services when required
About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and adapt communication as required
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in relation to accurate recording / reporting (experience with the Google Suite is highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, whilst taking ownership of own workload to meet deadlines
- A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role
