WHO IS TS GLOBAL?
TS Global is a proudly Australian owned leading manufacturer of premium quality, innovative conveyor products and market leading polyurethane solutions. The business is experiencing a period of significant growth, which is both organic and strategic. We have a national presence with domestic operations in NSW, WA and QLD servicing both national and international markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
TS Global has grown significantly, previous QHSE resources have matured and we now require a specialist Quality Coordinator to own Quality at TS Global. The role works as part of the Shared Services team, providing you with strong leadership coupled with the opportunity to take charge of TS Global’s quality system.
You will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining and continually improving the Quality systems across TS Global, focusing first on supporting the Manufacturing Manager to review the current QMS and provide tools for industry-leading QC and QA activities.
This role would suit a candidate who is looking for higher-than-average ownership over the quality systems within a business. With ownership comes autonomy and an environment rich for you to take control over the QMS. You will also be responsible for the success of our surveillance audits for ISO9001 and ISO45001 later in 2024.
The role would suit someone looking for permanent part-time work roughly 24 hours per week. Perhaps you are returning to work, phasing out of full-time work or looking for a role that suits your lifestyle. Over-qualified, over-educated people will be considered!
THE KEY DUTIES
- Develop and review quality related policies, procedures, electronic forms, and processes
- Monitor, review, and evaluate quality systems to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and continuous improvement
- Maintain ISO certification and the implemented Quality Management System
- Provide advice and support to staff around Quality Standards
- Manage and evaluate internal and external assessments, audits, and surveys to identify gaps or trends to implement continuous quality improvement initiatives
PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT
All successful applicants with TS Global will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a full physical component along with drug and alcohol testing.
