Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing and organizing critical documentation within a regulated environment?
We are looking for a Quality Document Administrator to join our Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Team.
As a Quality Document Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support in the preparation, management and distribution of various Quality Documents whilst ensuring these are in line with internal compliance and regulatory requirements. Additionally:
- Coordination of review and approval process for critical/non-critical documentation
- Ensuring uniform quality control is applied to maintain a high standard of document control.
- Liaising with subject matter experts to generate new/update procedural/packing documentation.
- Providing technical support for the improvement of existing procedural documentation as directed by Compliance Management.
- Managing the flow of Quality Documentation within the electronic Quality Management System (QMS).
- Providing technical support and expertise as required in relation to (QMS).
To be successful you must possess:
- Extensive experience and a high degree of computer literacy and intermediate or higher in MS Office application and windows-based computer environment.
- An eye for detail, be able to prioritise effectively and work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative environment.
- Minimum of six (6) months work-processing experience at an intermediate to advanced level,
Further experience in any of the following areas will provide you with a distinct advantage:
- Type at least 60 wpm.
- A general knowledge of policy and procedure practices.
- Understanding and appreciation of GMP and how it affects document control aspects.
