Opportunity

The Maintenance Improvement team are seeking a CMS Administrator / Document Control Officer to join the team offering site support role in this broad and varied role providing Boddington site personnel with timely access to the Change Management system while ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the hierarchy of users in CMS is correct i.e. set up of new users; adjustment of current users; and housekeeping of users.
  • Developing training materials and training new users to the system.
  • Ensuring all equipment asset identifiers and Documents are kept up to date.
  • Conducting testing (UAT) of any software enhancements.
  • Maintaining the CMS database of all site assets for all equipment, including Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Manual Valves, Instrumentation and Mobile
  • Ensuring that Engineering and Technical documentation data base is kept up-to-date
  • Undertaking CMS Issue periodic reviews / housekeeping with key stakeholders.
  • Management of CMS Issues to ensure the system is being used and maintained for Change Management by end users.
  • Generating new document numbers and importing engineering documents into CMS
  • Management and maintenance of ‘Management of Change’ and ‘Document Control – Discovery’ Intranet Pages and Libraries.

About You

Technically we are seeking previous mining / construction site experience with strong IT proficiency.  Experience in Maintenance Planning, Document Controlling or similar will be highly regarded to enable you can hit the ground running.  Note – training will be providing in the use of Newmont’s proprietary owned CMS software.
