Document Administrator

In order to support our company’s vision for future development, we are seeking the skills of a suitably qualified Document Administrator with extensive knowledge and experience with document control.
Reporting to the Local Manager this role will work in conjunction with TMS Management
The position of Document Administrator is very diverse, whilst working in the Perth Office
Your Responsibilities
Document Control
- Helping to manage and prepare project documentation and forms such as estimates, purchase orders, job reports along with all TMS forms.
- Checking documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Keeping both physical and electronic document management systems efficient.
- Assisting in distributing documents to various areas like Managers, Employees and Clients.
- Tracking and recording document circulation for accountability.
- Providing support with general administrative tasks like uniform allocation, stationary orders etc
Accounts Payable
- Collating and forwarding all credit card transactions and invoices to admin in the Geraldton Office
- Matching invoices to deliver dockets
Experience and Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment.
- Advanced computer skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn from others.

- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
