Quality & Education Manager | Aged Care

Manage Quality Systems and Education in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards at a fully compliant Residential Aged Care home. Not for profit RAC.

Quality & Education Manager

The Role:
You will work closely with the onsite Facility Manager and Clinical team members to work on better improvement initiatives and change management projects.
A typical week would see your week split into half on a Quality Improvement focus and the rest on Education to all staff.

The Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Nurse
• Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in Aged Care
• Working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Desirable
• Current Drivers License
