The Position
We are searching for a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Communicates on the continuous improvement approach and advises Project Management Departments on the Quality aspects of projects.
- Drafts, maintains and optimises all or part of the management documentation system.
- Provides support to business entities, countries or projects for the adaptation of the Corporate management system.
- Contributes to preparation of training and awareness-raising initiatives and implements them. Has good knowledge of improvement tools.
- Backs up and advises the Quality Controllers in defining resources, inspection processes and trials on the projects.
- Review, analyse and evaluate Quality documentation
- Provide advice and improvement suggestion to Management system of Quality
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
Skills and Knowledge
- Highly skilled in problem solving and analysis, and understand how to use statistical process control tools and read engineer drawings.
- Leadership and communication skills
Experiences and Qualifications
- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering
- Advanced Diploma or Qualification in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management, Project Management
- 2-3 years work experience desirable in Tunnel Quality Projects
