We are looking for a great IT system operator to handle the Car Connected Service (CCS) system.

The CCS is a kind of system to make vehicle transformation into a smart vehicle thus enabling to delivery of better service and new experiences for the vehicle owner.

Technical Tasks/Responsibilities

• Handling the technical local problems and VOCs(Voice of customers)
• Improving the local service quality and requirements by communicating through local service providers and customers
• Monitoring the CCS(Connected Car Services) server & service and troubleshooting the issues
• Conducting periodic and interactive quality assessments of CCS in Australia and New Zealand
• Monitoring and Conducting quality assessment reviews on CCS Applications(Android, IOS)
• Developing and executing QA strategy with testing the infotainment system (Navigation and Telematics) in the Lab and the vehicle.
• Coordinate with related CCS providers, ensuring the delivery of high quality within the timeframe
• Manage and Maintain product documentation and manuals for end-users and operations
• Manage and Support developers in the product release pipeline across all product pillars
• IT service Operation related to CAR CONNECTED SERVICE, TELCO, WEB APPS, MOBILITY APPS
• Participate in the implementation of a monitoring system with software developers in the Head Office in South Korea

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software, IT, Electric or any related field
• Entry-level (Graduate job) or experienced
• Australian driving license with a good record and experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with our customers, partners and Head office in South Korea (Korean speaking is an advantage but not essential)
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise a varied workload
• Advanced MS office skills
• All candidates must provide evidence to show the right to work in Australia.
• The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
