We want you!The Quality Inspectors are responsible for inspecting products at any point along the production cycle. This is done to check the parameters within each section of the process and whether they are in accordance with our standards.Your responsibilities will include:Study engineering drawings and prepare an inspection planCarry out inspection as the product is being assembledMonitor the process from start to finish and identify bottlenecks or possible areas of improvementModify inspection plan based on results of previous inspectionsGenerate non-conformance reports and follow-up till its resolvedManage the inspection resourcesPreparing inspection reports and releasing batches in the systemConduct visual inspections on incoming partsUsing incoming good sampling standards for sample sizeYou will require the following skills and experience to be successful:Prior QA/QC experience highly regardedTAFE certified/diploma in mechanical or electrical fieldAny quality certifications preferableExperience in electronics and mechanical testing is advantageousGood understanding of engineering drawings including fits and tolerancesDemonstratable experience with assembly workOur campus is designed to create an atmosphere which reflects our love of cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and our deep connection to music, film and all things audio.
