AddressActiv Pharmaceuticals, based in Smeaton Grange, manufactures liquid and cream products in cosmetic and therapeutic grades and is a part of the Activ Pharmaceuticals Group.
We are now looking for a junior or trainee Quality Inspector to support our Quality Assurance team by managing adherence to GMP and procedures in the packaging and manufacturing environment. This is an entry level position and may suit someone who is currently studying in the science discipline.
Reporting to the Senior Quality Associate, this role will encompass the issuing of manufacturing documents, the inspection and approval of packaging materials and the quality control inspection of packaging lines.
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification (or studying) in science/engineering - TAFE/Diploma acceptable
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry preferred
