Goodwin Aged Care invites you to join our team as a Quality Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Located in Ainslie, ACT, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our services meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave)
- Possibility of becoming permanent
- Full-Time (Monday thru Friday) located in Ainslie, ACT
- $74,152 PLUS Superannuation
- Salary Packaging - NFP Benefits of $611.50 per fortnight (up to $15,900)
The opportunity
As a Quality Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of internal assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and supporting the development of quality systems documentation. Additionally, you'll collaborate with various departments to address identified issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. About you
We're looking for someone with professional qualifications in auditing or aged care, along with a current driver's license. You should have a good grasp of the aged care system and be familiar with accreditation processes. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial.
