Quality Specialist - Maternity Leave Cover Until November 2024
Join us as a Quality Specialist, providing crucial maternity leave cover until November 2024. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Toll's Healthcare business, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements. This role will be based out of Altona initially and will move to our brand-new site in Truganina, in July. Its an exciting time to join with our ever growing business and post your contract, there could be opportunity for further work.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer the electronic Quality Management System: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Healthcare Quality Management System elements.
Provide day-to-day Quality support: Assist warehouse and customer service staff across multiple sites.
Review inbound receipt documentation: Provide client-specific quality releases to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate on non-conformances: Work with all parties to investigate and document non-conformances, ensuring prompt resolution.
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Support all parties in identifying and implementing appropriate CAPA measures.
Raise and document change controls: Facilitate the change control process, ensuring all relevant documentation is appropriately managed.
Monitor Quality KPIs: Track and analyze Quality Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients regarding Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and CAPA processes.
Conduct internal audits: Ensure internal processes align with regulatory standards and customer quality requirements.
Perform Quality checks for secondary packaging:
Verify and validate quality aspects related to secondary packaging activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in Quality preferably in the healthcare or food sector.
Knowledge of regulatory standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
